I am a Life Coach living in the Woodland Park area. I coach many teenagers and parents and was formerly involved with a school for troubled boys as their parent life coach. I also have a internet radio show at www.tellernetcast.com called Coach with Carol that is on Tuesdays at 3:00 where I discuss topics for parents, individuals and teens. The shows are archived on the Coach with Carol page. I love assisting parents and teens in closing the gaps that create disharmony in the family. If you would like to chat, I am here. Thanks.

Welcome Carol! What a treat to have you here. Here's something my husband and I have been struggling with: Our son, who just recently turned 4, seems to be incredibly averse to any change in his routine. He has been in the same preschool room for about 12 months, and refuses to move up to the pre-K room. Even with people he has known for years, if the room is different or its at a different time than normal, he gets really shy and clings to me like a 2-year-old. I'm concerned that kindergarten will be a nightmare. How can we prepare him for the fact that life isn't always a predictable routine? Or am I worrying needlessly?
