So how many of you made a New Year's resolution to lose weight?
Five days in-How is it going??
I've heard over the last few days that alot of the most commong resolutions are to lose weight, go to church, quit bad habits, etc. So basically-our resolutions are to adopt better lifestyle habits.
Personally, I don't make resolutions. I resolve everyday to be better today than I was yesterday and that is it! Now am I battling a weight loss/lifestyle change? ABSOLUTELY!
