Like the weather in Colorado in March, I am feeling optimistic and energetic one moment and unbalanced and foggy the next. Can I blame it on the weather, or hormones (the standby scapegoat of my gender from age 12 to 60)?

One day I'm on top of my game, hearing how one of my newest clients has been "happy ever since you arrived." The next day, I am worried about putting a daughter through college (still four years away) on an entrepreneur's income. Hot and cold, that's me lately.
