Romance in the Air

Cheyenne Mountain State Park will celebrate love on Saturday with their "Romance in the Air" Valentine program.
At 10 a.m. and 1 p.m. Diana Miller will present live birds of prey from the Pueblo Raptor Center. Then at 11 a.m., Dr. David Elwonger will talk about the love language of birds and how to identify species by their songs.
Nature stories will be read aloud at Noon and between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. kids will be able to create special Valentine nature crafts.
All programs are free and will take place in the Visitor Center. Reservations are recommended but not required. Call the park office at 576-2016.
