Pikes Peak Parent

If you haven't seen this in Pikes Peak Parent.com magazine, I wanted to share with you this fun new feature. I think it's a great way for us to get to know each other.

MEMBER OF THE MONTH: Valerie O'Brien

How many kids do you have and what are their ages?

I have one daughter named Morgan. She is 2 1/2.

What is your profession?

I am an accountant and I work full-time outside of the home.

What is your favorite activity to do with your kids in the Springs?

I love to play outside. Anytime the weather is somewhat nice and sunny you can find us outside! We also love to go to the Zoo. We go 5-6 times a year!

What has been your biggest parenting challenge?

I would say the biggest challenge is finding the time to get it all done and still have enough quality time with my daughter. It's always a struggle!

What would you like to see at pikespeakparent.com?

I think the monthly member spotlight is a great idea! I also love to see all the upcoming events so I can think of ideas to entertain Morgan during the cold winter months!
