On Valentine's Day those on a budget can say "I love you" with a heart-shaped pizza. At least three local pizza chains are offering Valentine's Day specials.Louie's Pizza is offering a large heart-shaped cheese pizza with up to 3 toppings, a large tossed salad, 2 liters of soda and "a special gift" for $18.62 plus tax. Add a buck if you want it delivered.
From now through Valentine's Day, Papa Murphy's is offering a family-size heart shaped pizza with pepperoni for $7.99.
Papa John's is joining the party with a large heart-shaped thin crust pizza. No one I talked to at Papa John's seems to know how much it will cost. Speculation is that it may go for $12.99. But that's just a guess!
So, if the way to your sweetie's heart is through his or her stomach, these local pizza restaurants would love to help you.
